June 9, 2023 - Garnet color in the glass. Nose showed cherry, earthiness, a whiff of cola and a little blue fruit as well. Palate showcased the cherry along with cranberry, pomegranate and the earthiness. Silky mouthfeel and balanced medium length finish. Day two showed more dark red fruits and earth, just as enjoyable as day one. Another highly enjoyable AR wine but no rush to drink either.

November 20, 2022 - Medium garnet with minimal bricking at rim
Medium plus aromas of red cherry/ cranberry and blood orange - green/ herbal notes and baby powder
Medium bodied with palate of tart cranberry and pomegranate - quite prickly in the mouth - almost petillant
Medium tannins and medium acidity with medium alcohol
Finish is a little short
Aromas are quite nice - I felt the prickly mouthfeel that others have mentioned and I think it detracts from drinking pleasure a bit1 person found this helpful Comment -

September 12, 2022 - Pale garnet, unfiltered
Aromatics medium +. Fresh, crunchy raspberry and strawberry.
Palate has medium body. Acid medium +. Tannins medium +, fine grained on teeth. Alcohol medium. Effervescent acid start that fades to Raspberry and tart cherry.
Finish has a medium length. Balanced
Classic Arnot Roberts style. Fresh fruit, great acid, pure expression of the grape.
Certainly has the structure to age for quite a while. I guess I just like it fresh. -

January 17, 2022 - Pop and pour at a restaurant. Effervescent quality on the palette with light cherry, bell pepper and tarragon on the nose.
Bright red fruit and flowery.
Would be better with a 3-4 hour decant but is a nice Pinot for the price.1 person found this helpful Comment
