    September 3, 2023 - In a good spot. Enjoyable.

September 6, 2022 - A genetic cousin to Pinot Noir with a lighter body and brighter acidity.
Paired very nicely with Tuscan Chicken (rice, mushrooms, bell peppers, onion)
Also brilliant as an after dinner drink when chilled to 55-60.
Floral nose of light red fruit and gained a more pronounced cranberry note as it warmed.
    Tart finish of medium length

January 12, 2022 - Medium ruby color. Very pretty nose of crunchy red fruits, a touch of cracked pepper, some floral notes and a fresh herbal/minty aroma. Similar flavors on the palate with some juicy raspberry and cranberry notes along with a bit of the floral and spice notes. Medium+ acid, medium tannin. Very nice wine overall and extremely versatile from a food pairing perspective.

October 6, 2021 - 80% whole cluster. Fresh medium nose of cranberry, fresh ground pepper, pomegranite, orange peel, rose petal. Palate matches with a light style, tart, fresh, like a light Beaujolais, light cherry, acidity shows at the end. Nice food wine.

September 19, 2021 - Initially some reduction, then all tart red fruit, mineral and high acid
