January 25, 2024 - Light golden yellow
Multi faceted bouquet with exotic fruit (pineapple mango lychee) florals (acacia, freshly mewed hay) and roasted almonds
Smooth and creamy on the palate, noticeable wood , honey , maybe lacking a little bit of acidity.
A little bit hot on the finish. -

August 28, 2021 - Transparent straw-to-yello. Tropical fruit on the nose: mango, papaya. Medium-to-medium-light body, medium acid. Apple, some spice, and some medicinal green flavors. Hot, harsh finish. Clear least favorite of the night.
