January 19, 2024 - Paired well with baked ham, scalloped potatoes, haricots verts. 2nd bottle with dinner and was maybe even better than the 1st that was 2X the price (Central Coast CA Pinot). 5 Star QPR for sure. Did not taste like a lot of Oregon Pinots (cherry cola). Very much enjoyed.

May 22, 2023 - Enjoyed with scallops ahd NY Strip for a belated Mother’s Day. No formal notes, but everyone enjoyed this immensely. Wasn’t overly complex but extremely drinkable. Wish I had another bottle

October 25, 2022 - It’s nice and smooth but a little boring. Solid red but I had higher hopes. Still an easy drinking pinot.

February 23, 2021 - Medium ruby/garnet in color, Andrew Rich's 2017 Marine Sedimentary is an energetic Pinot that delivers an attractive aromatic and flavor profile of raspberries, red licorice, lavender, anise and cola. Medium-bodied, freshly acidic, softly oaked and without alcoholic heat (14.2%), it stays solid on the middle palate and concludes with a medium-length finish that adds a bit of tannic grip. Although somewhat rough around the edges, this is a structured Pinot that would benefit from another year in the bottle. Thereafter, it should easily reach its tenth birthday. As this fleshes out, a higher score may be merited. Drink 2022-2027.
