  Beautifully flowery nose (bergamot?), lime, yellow apples, yeast; tiny bubbles create a fine, elegant mousse. The finish is balanced and long; feminime, delicate style, but with enough substance for aging. Another very strong effort from this producer. Give it 5 years in the bottle and this will shine. 16.5+/20

  May 27, 2020 - (Disgorged in 2020, 100% Chardonnay from Chameey and Éceuil, dosage 3 gr/l)
  Citrus and a touch of oak on the youthful nose. Rounder acidity on the palate with a nice and smooth finish showing citrus notes and a pleasant saltiness on the lips.
  (Best 2020-2030)
