    April 15, 2023 - Bold and juicy. Felt somewhat disjointed between ripe fruit and citrus flavours and also rather low acidity. Ripe tropical fruit with green apple and honey, grapefruit and some jackfruit. Tried to pair with a saffron soup but was not the best match. Maybe some more spice will do the trick
