March 30, 2021 - Give it an hour decant and it will sing. Great Paso fruit, but a little more subdued than the usual Austin juice. A little less heavy handed, perhaps. Extremely floral nose. Lavender and lilac. On the front palate, blueberry pie and dusty earth. On the finish, it fades to bacon fat and cocoa powder. Nicely done!
