October 10, 2020 - The nose was aromatic, straight off the bat, you’ve got a huge bouquet of cooked orchard fruits, peach, abricot, then the exotic fruits as well, riped. Pineapple, mango. Light herbaceous side, something on verveine, minth. High acidity, fine bubbles and light cream on texture.
As it’s the first one with a vintage, I think my second bottle is gonna stay for a year or two in my cellar.1 person found this helpful Comment
