March 20, 2022 - Nice deep purple color.
The nose still is a bit edgy, like it could stand some more time in the bottle...but once opened up blueberry and strawberry flavors with a warmed orange finish.
Body is not super huge (more on the thinner side for a cab). Pared perfectly with a Saag Paneer, cutting through the thickness cream of the dish. -
