April 29, 2010 - Pretty consistent with prior tasting notes. Did note more of a mild melon flavor this time. Tight on the nose and short finish bring score down a couple of points

January 27, 2008 - We received this bottle about a year ago as part of the Roessler wine club and I brought it to dinner last night and consumed it with crab cakes. It was absolutely delicious with pineapple and wood on the nose but not too oaky. Apple and oak on the palate with a great finish. Just the right amount of acid for a CA chard. Very enjoyable and I was sad when it was finished.
