  February 26, 2022 - Popped and poured an hour or so before drinking
  Cherry, earth, nice floral- rose, spice, slight potpourri, tannins. Good bright acidity. Lingering finish. Really enjoyable.

  December 24, 2019 - This wine remained fairly tight the whole evening, but it did show a beautiful rusticity, and presented a somewhat darker-fruited expression of Nebbiolo. I picked up on some interesting licorice notes. A wine that will blossom in the cellar, and a screaming bargain.

  September 30, 2019 - Lots of sour cherry flavors integrated into a long, complex peppery finish. A bit short on the front end. Also, wish it had a little more body to it. Yet, this is still a wonderful bottle of Nebbiolo at a great QPR. But dont let the price fool you. Im also sure that like past Vallana bottling, this will drink well for many more years.
