Community Tasting Notes 4

October 6, 2023 - Revisiting this after three years and notes remain very similar. Lovely spiced, honey nose. Clean, slightly waxy palate with yellow stone fruit and medium acidity and a medium slightly mineral finish. Once again great accompaniment to curry.

August 29, 2021 - Gold. Intoxicating Gewurtz aroma - lychees and rose petals. Rich and long on the palate. All in all, pure joy! 13.5%, screwcap.

October 22, 2020 - Floral and honeyed and delicious with home made chicken curry. A little cloying on it’s own.

September 10, 2020 - Floral nose, honeysuckle, tropical fruit, jasmine. Rich palate, peach and pear but with fine acid keeping this crisp and dry. Perfect wine for rich or spiced food that also doesn’t cloy. The most balanced GT I tried in Südtirol.
