  September 26, 2021 - I was guessing Chenin Blanc and Loire - should have known, at least from experience. It's chalky, cool, quite elegant - and in perfect balance. Probably for drinking young.

  February 19, 2021 - Holy ****! Sune hit this one out of the park! Premium, pronounced and very complex nose hits you immediately with crisp green and yellow fruits, a lovely herbaceous element somewhat similar to Sauvignon Blanc to further highten the interest, notions of creamy oak in a Burgundian way and slightly leesy components, well integrated and further increasing complexity. Palate picks up nicely with a creamy mouthfeel and our great, Northern acidity, which reveals this is not Burgundy. A skilled blind taster was on his way to oak aged Sauvignon Blanc perhaps from Bordeaux, which in my opinion is a very qualified guess as the acidity/crispness is not found like this in Burgundy. For a first attempt at this style, it is very well done! Kudos. Rated 91-92 and giving the benefit of the doubt, I’ll go with 92:-)
