February 1, 2023 - Crimson-purple; black berries, black cherries, smoked meat, black pepper; ripe berry/cherry, peppery, full body, good acidity, astringent tannins, decent finish
Syrupy cherry with smokey and gamey notes, youthful acidity and tannins. Clean profile but not complex.
