July 5, 2023 - In the bouquet red and dark berries as well as herbs and spices. On the palate herbs, vanilla from the oak, mild acidity, some sweetness and slightly sticky tannin.

Not so much oak, a fruit-driven example of curranty cabernet and plummy shiraz. Not spicy, not green, not cocktail! Subtle, hardly apparent oak. Medium weight, with fine dusty tannins, medium but pointy acid, medium weight. Slightly patchy palate, medium finish. Will age OK, but I think the palate will always stay a bit spotty as far as coverage goes. Decent enough, not spectacular. But it's a weeknight, so...

June 28, 2022 - Red currant, vanilla, chocolate mint, and mineral nose. Elegant and harmonious palate; integrated and well-balanced with a good length finish.
