July 26, 2023 - This bottle showed like a star; the fruit was big and fresh, with both red and blue fruit showing separately. It had some dark chocolate and maybe a touch of coffee. April 6, 2023 - This is a very big Cabernet. At six years old its still a puppy. It needed a lot of time in the glass but rewarded the patience (not that I had very much). Lots of chocolate, root beer and herbs. Long, complex finish. Im sorry I didnt give it another two to five years.
