  July 12, 2008 - Unfortunately this bottle was too old. The acidity had gone: there was a faint hint of it on the entry, but it didn't last long and all there was on the palate was the sweetness. A real shame - it tasted a little like apple juice.

  November 4, 2007 - Beautiful golden colour. Spritzy white flowers and apple on the nose, hints of petrol too. Attack of sharp green apple with delightful freshness and then a hit of tasty sweet, honeyed citric flavour. Medium finish.

  March 20, 2006 - Lovely light golden syrup colour. Syrupy, honeyed, buttercup nose with a tangy note of citrus peel. Smooth entry with sharp lemon acidity; giving way to thick, creamy sweetness before echoes of the sharpness come back to the finish. Very acute and electric finish, long and tingling. Absoultely delicious and highly refreshing.
