February 12, 2022 - Una Noche con Ropa Vieja (Chez Nous): The nose is floral honey atop lemon, lime and tart orchard fruits. There were secondary notes of utility oil as well. The palate is similar to the nose and is carried for by a brisk and steady spine of ample acidity. The finish is long and clean. Simply delicious.
