October 17, 2021 - Obviously young so drunk over two days which the wine benefitted from. Although there is more within than pops out at the moment, it is still quite well balanced already and sings way much better on day two. Good length, I like the mineral footprint and the nice white fruit. Lots of air in advance or some more time in the cellar. Not as "huge" wine as other Morstein I have drunk which is a plus in my book.
