    December 23, 2021 - Medium dark red; dark strawberry, pepper (wife adds licorice); somewhat acidic, a bit prickly, fresh, some fruit hidden somewhere but not coming out; likeable but not overly excited (wife disagrees - as usual ;0) - she likes it - well, I do too, but seems not to the same extent)
