February 26, 2021 - An excellent bottle. Fully mature with its twilight looming. Still enough bubbles to entice; very nutty along with strong yeast notes, a bit of stone fruit and citrus as well. Not for the Prosecco set.

May 16, 2017 - Oooh this smells gorgeous, marmalade, custard and tarte tatin with just tatin with just a hint of sherry
Very gentle bubbles, meaty and yeasty on the palate, some citrus fruit and just a hint of VA, doesn't spoil it though, creamy texture and then a finish of nuts, tobacco and a little mushroom but again in a good way
So rich and long, this is mature and delicious
