    FALLET : 깔끔하다!
    당도와 산도 밸런스 좋다
    잔당감 없이 깔끔하다
    미디엄 하이 바디
    탄닌 적당히 많음, 탄닌 부드러움
    혀끝을 쪼이는 당도가 너무 좋다
    목넘김 부드럽다
    맛있다
    끝맛이 쓰지 않고 고급스럽다
    깔끔한 느낌의 보르도 스타일 이다





    * 향보다 팔레트가 더 좋다
    가격은 모르지만 적어도 5~6만원 가격이 되어도
    충분히 가치가 있을 것 같다!
    살짝 영한 느낌은 있지만 시간이 지나면 더 부드럽고
    고급스러워 질 것 같다

    냉장고에서 며칠 지나니 잔당감이 좀 올라온다

    March 20, 2024 - Always a consistent, reliable producer, this vintage is up there my other recent favorites of theirs (2014, 2016, 2019). It does need a lot of air though to show its potential at this stage, though; I decanted it for several hours then poured back into the bottle for several nights, and it showed better after the first night. If you just pop and pour this your rating will not be at all like mine, just be aware of that. (Out of the gates it was not super impressive, almost like a solid cotes du rhone.)
    Hints of the smoky gravel and cinnamon notes to come, good midpalate presence, dark red fruits, and refreshing acidity. A wine all about balance and finesse, but has the stuffing to reward lots of cellar time. I see this going up several points with 10+ years under its belt and am happy to have a few to age. Rating: 92+

    March 16, 2024 - Very fruity, warby, a hint of fragrant. On the palate light and high acidity. Nice wine with some food. Not eaxtly great, but a solid wine .

    January 17, 2024 - Really enjoyed this. Deep purple in color. Nose is very expressive. Dark fruits up front including blackberry and ripe plum. Back half turns more cherry and floral. To me just excellent balance to be found here even at this young age. Consistent flowing tannins throughout the palate.

    Opening to 4 hours in was quite consistent.

    Day 2 - closed up a bit but still drinking well. Acidity pokes through more.
