Bouquet of golden delicious apples, a little lemon and limestone.
It’s zero dosage and definitely not a Charmeur with quite some grip and lots of acidity. Definitely improved with food. -

July 9, 2022 - Deep straw color, bulles elegantes, gout de caramel, pommes jaunes un peu cuites, poire williams.. beaucoup de presence en bouche tout en étant tres buvable , methode traditionelle ( pet nat), 100% chardonnay mais beaucoup plus rond qu un jeune B2B.. belle decouverte !
