September 1, 2012 - This single vineyard wine from 100% Petite Sirahis made in the North region of Calistoga using old vines. The wine is black, packed solid of fruit and is nicely integrated with wood. Aromas of dark cherries, plum, and cassis are nicely laced with a layer of spice. In the mouth the wine is full bodied but quite surprisingly drinks relatively well, perhaps the years of ageing allowed it to develop a more tasting friendly character.

February 28, 2010 - Very bright berries with a little bit of leather. I wasn't expecting much, but wow.
