    July 20, 2022 - Apearance: Pale ruby
Nose:Med+ intensity, red cherry, rose, black pepper, perfume, lavender, black olive, sandle wood, developing.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, high alcohol, high tannins, med+ body, med intensity, cranberry, black pepper, coffee, med finish.
Overall, this is a good wine. Very easy to drink with good value (179 CNY) a bottle! Tried to pair with steak but not good with too much acidity.

    April 30, 2022 - Pale ruby.
    Fresh, red fruit nose.
    Strawberries, toast, resinous palate.
    Light/medium bodied. Well integrated tannins.
Quite pleasant wine, wouldn’t have great longevity, maybe another 2/3 years maximum.

February 5, 2022 - Needs time in the glass or decanter to open up but there’s plenty here - cherry, raspberry, sage, rosemary, smoke, meat, and crushed rose petals. There’s a lot of sweeet spice. A bit light in body but a good finish. The alcohol (14%) is a little hot.

November 4, 2021 - Light red colour. Subdued nose with cherries, some spice notes that give me an impression of some oak, hints of orange zest and some perfume. Medium body, red berries and cherries, good acidity, gravelly mineral, and medium tannins. Rather dark fruit notes for an "entry-level" Barolo and while not too complicated, on my palate this wine could benefit from some more time in the cellar. I guess it's the vintage speaking. 88(+) pts.
