June 17, 2022 - Pale gold color. Citrus and honey on the nose. Crisp lemon and lime taste. Medium bodied. Great pairing with crab.

January 10, 2021 - Medium pale straw. Nice suggestions of green herbal cut grass. “Non filtre” — good. But ultimately, and especially in comparison with the truly lovely cream lime infused “Sancerre d’Antin” from the same year and producer, we found this to be rather bulky and monolithic. And wow, 14.5 — we think that heat became pronounced when the wine rose from cold to proper drinking temperature. Correspondingly, the bottle: Big, thick, with a huge punt — it struck us as ostentatious / more appropriate for champagne. So: Decent / OK over three nights ... but we are not rushing to get any more of this big boy.
