April 26, 2021 - Golden orange color. Unfiltered. Oxydized nose with a bit of floral and honey components. Very dry on the palate with medium light body and good acidity. Astringent long aftertaste. Perhaps this is what the winemaker was after, but I hope not. This is the kind of "natural" wine that makes most wine drinkers weary of the category. I have had many natural wines that I have enjoyed, but this is not my cup of tea. Drink or dump now through 2022.

October 2, 2020 - Great golden, ochre color. Excellent and interesting nose which was sweet, flowery, and made me think of canadian whiskey or even a cocktail. The mouthfeel and taste were not so great though - very diluted feeling and tasting, like I had mixed in a teaspoon of water in my glass.
