  October 31, 2023 - Fresh and fruity with notes of strawberry. While there is solid acidity, I also found this wine sweeter than I would have expected and would be curious what the dosage level was here. This paired nicely with tuna tartare but I'm not rushing to get more given the sweet note which I didn't love.

  June 18, 2023 - Really fun with all that aged fun that mature champagne can bring. If it had more acidity, it would be more eye popping but its actually slightly flabby, but rich, vinous, and toasty. The bubble package is also a little lazy and behaves like old bottles would. DRINK

  June 4, 2023 - Base 2006, disgorged 2019. This is insanely good for the price and tastes mature/at peak. Had on its own and with watermelon.

  February 12, 2023 - As others have noted, this is a crowd pleaser. Well-balanced acid and lemon/strawberry/ yeast palate, with a nose more on the citrus side. The dosage was a bit high for my tastes, but by no means cloying or unbalanced. Drink now.
