  October 17, 2022 - Color: Medium ruby. Nose: Not giving much away. Mouth: Quite simple. Lacking expressiveness. The cork was a bit moldy but it doesn't feel spoiled just very simple.

  February 10, 2022 - Pop & poured over 2 hrs; dark ruby,clear; nose closed, but has some character; not as extracted /tannic as I expected.
  Nice primary fruit of cherries, red berries, full body; good balance on the palate; med length, smooth finish. Better with pasta, grilled white meat or fish with a spicy/heavy sauce. Very good Mediterranean red.
  Grilled pork chops also recommended

  November 1, 2021 - Gott vin, medelfylligt till fylligt. Balanserat mellan frukt och fat. Bra eftersmak. Första Bierzo jag provar, kanske därför den känns lite anonym. Passade bra med en välkryddad Bouillabaisse. Stark 3,5.
