Community Tasting Notes 1

September 6, 2021 - Deep garnet in the glass. Lot of tertiary character at the moment, but that’s just the trait of Plavac grown on these sun-soaked positions. Notes of dried cranberry, mocha, tobacco, espresso shots. Full-bodied, really powerful structure with ripe tannins and a solid acidity. A bit leaner than the ‘16 and much more approachable at this young age.
