May 7, 2021 - Popped and poured at slightly cooler than cellar temp. Lots of limestone minerals, grapefruit and white pepper on the nose. Lovely texture and nice balance of sweet pear fruit and spicy acid and mineral filled finish. Went great with a throw in all left overs from the fridge frittata.

October 8, 2020 - Vey pleasant, fresh wine. Immediately the muscat bouquet takes over, but in a subtle way, balanced by the floral notes of the vermentinu (50/50 blend). Completely dry with elegant bitters. The muscat is very welcome actually to change from pure vermentinu wines, typical of Patrimonio, that can sometimes take a clumsy aspect reminding of chasselas.
