  June 6, 2022 - Beautiful label though odd that the top is a natural edge while the bottom is a cut edge. Pours garnet with moderate opacity.
  
  Nose features raspberry and herbs over a graham crackery/toasty base note.
  
  Palate is extremely perfumed, with notes of slate, baking chocolate, lavender, jus, raspberry and blueberry tapering into a lingering finish, reminiscent of charred meat and dried blueberry.
  
  I really enjoyed this wine, but found it tasted best fresh out of the bottle. The intense perfume notes dissipated with time, leaving behind a delicious and high quality wine, but a wine less exciting than when freshly poured.

  December 10, 2021 - Not our favorite - block 28 is consistently lately just “ok”. Maybe a little too earthy and grassy for our tastes?
