March 30, 2024 - Colour: medium to deep ruby with nearly black core, legs are fast, nearly no sediment
Nose: herbs, black cherry, red prune, slight raspberry
Mouth: sweet black cherry, blackberry, prune, velvet smooth tannins, medium acidity

November 12, 2023 - Spicy and full of dark fruit, earth and spice. This has aged very well and got better with air. Paired very well with blackened redfish.
