December 11, 2021 - Very mild. Not the same as prior vintages. Hopefully more time in the bottle will be helpful.

February 26, 2021 - Beautiful expression of Sangiovese with a nose of roses that blossoms on the tongue with early sweetness then develops around the palate with the taste of rose oils, sourness along the lines of kumquats and delicate umami flavoring. A true full mouth sensation to be enjoyed on every taste.
