April 27, 2022 - Fruit forward, especially when drank side by side with a Verdicchio di Matelica. Yellow peaches, melons, lemon peel, pineapple. I had this a year ago and the pineapple flavor is certainly new. More mineral/bread flavors toward the finish but overall still primary. Medium + body, good acid and good viscosity. A very textural wine.

Nez principalement citron, agrumes, salin, verveine léger, thé vert léger.
Bouche ronde avec acidité moyenne +, la finale termine sur des petits amers.
Bon rapport qualité-prix. -

April 11, 2021 - Peaches, melons, more subtle apple and pear notes. Green almond toward the end of the palate. Medium + body with great acid. Surprisingly good pairing with carciofi alla giudia, a freaking HARD thing to pair wine with!
