March 25, 2024 - Salt is quite interesting per previous reviews. Thanks Ceadsearc for the company. Still delicious on day 4.

    March 22, 2024 - Foradori Granato 2018
On the nose, there’s wild herbs and flowers, salinity, minerality, hints of dark chocolate and muskiness. The palate is bright with sour cherries, black fruit, salt, some bubblegum candy, hints of spice. A really interesting wine for me. 93/100

March 2, 2024 - A rustic, old spices and fermented soya bean bouquet. Dark and mysterious. Palate is still somewhat closed after an hour in the bottle slowly decanting. Fresh, iron and iodine aromatics and crushed rocks in the full-bodied structure. Very intriguing aroma from entry to finish which is chewy and earthy.

August 7, 2023 - “How often do we see a human in today’s era so convinced and convicted by what she does that its more important to herself that she does her life in this manner and it doesnt quite bother her if u endorse or like what she does….”- my own pensive thought

July 1, 2023 - The moment you pour out the wine, there’s a multilayered intertwining developing bouquet of savoury & minerality notes. There’s a very evident salty note on the smell profile too. But a good salty coz its not often u get “salt” for wine. Its very difficult to define exactly what u are smelling from the bouquet as it constantly moves from one terrain to another. However though, progressively, notes of caramel, almond cookies are surfacing. I am looking forward to my journey with the wines of foradori. I have read, watch and listen to so much material about Elisabetta Foradori and have collection some 110 bottles of her wines so i’ll have enough stock on hand to last me this journey. She is such a special human being anything she makes i am biased and her creation just transcends mundant judgement of good or bad. We don’t get alot of her wines in Singapore so im savouring every drop of it!
