May 2, 2021 - Lemon drop, pear drop, quince, green apple, aple skin, dried pineapple, hint of herbs. Long finish, with tons of layers. Quintessential Chenin wooliness. Wonderfully expressive example of a young Savennières, will likely age and improve over the course of 5-10 years.
