Community Tasting Notes 1

October 14, 2007 - My second of two bottles bought a few months ago. The first bottle had felt flabby and dominated by grapefruit. This bottle, enjoyed with a quick pasta, was a true contrast. Excellent acidity to give this bottle some sharpness; balancing the pear, apple, musk and mineral components well. A touch of spice on the back palate, and good value for this negociant bottling.
