July 4, 2022 - By the glass. Bright aromas, cherry, vanilla bean, no oak evident. Light/medium weight palate, with medium/high acid, and a furry grape texture which is quite drying. Vivid berry fruit, fresh in style, medium length finish. Flavours = aromas. Overpriced at $18/glass, but that's a restaurant beside a theatre...!

January 26, 2022 - Shes a beaut. Cherry, horseradish, vanilla, and a tiny bit spicy. Enjoying it with a sirloin pasta.

January 10, 2022 - Three hour decant, the nose is quite nice, with deep cherry and black fruit along with a little smoke and oak. The palate is quite leathery and has a very distinct after taste which lingers quite a while on the tongue. Reasonable acidity and very fine grained tannins keep this in line, it is on the rich side and has a full mouthfeel.
