February 21, 2022 - opened with my best baked ziti but it was just that kind of night. spicy and savory nose, more body than expected, pretty low acid, low tannins, so nice for sipping. purchased at Ordinaire.

December 13, 2020 - What a French wine should be! Funky brambly black pepper nose, a touch cloudy inky garnet color, medium-ish tannin, just enough to balance out the juicy acid. Very slurpable, the slight effervescence helps.
