August 16, 2022 - Delicious experimental blend of Xarello and Sumoll from the Conca del Riu Anoia. Aged for six years on the lees of ageing. Clean, med+ intensity yellow apple, tart pear, lemon, brioche, wet stone. Developing. The palate is very dry, with med (+) to high acidity and med alcohol. Light to medium bodied, with med (+) flavor intensity and length. One of the best "Cavas" around.
