August 13, 2023 - Wonderful Napa Cab. Decanted 2 hours and enjoyed with grilled ribeyes. Rich flavors of dark fruits, smooth tannins and lingering mouthfeel. Really enjoyable! Drinking nicely now, but should improve for many years to come!

Tasted non blind.
Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of violets, currants and dark plums. Flavors of black raspberries, dried plums and black cherries. Medium acidity, firm tannin, full bodied. Drink with air or hold.1 person found this helpful Comment
