November 5, 2022 - Decanted violently and then back into the bottle and resting for 2 hours. Color is vibrant ruby core and edge.
Nose is black pepper and pine needles.
Palate is minty, fat from beef, juniper berries.
Long, dry finish.
Could age for another decade perhaps.
