March 1, 2021 - Fun wine. Great alternative for a Sunday brunch, although be careful opening. It like to gush a bit. Paired it with bbq chicken and roasted veggies. Worked great.

November 26, 2020 - This is a fantastic pet-nat, nice fine bubbles with the wine has a softness that makes it so easy to drink. Perfect with everything on the thanksgiving table, my favorite pairing though was the banana pudding. May have pop another bottle just eat the rest the dessert.
