May 26, 2023 - Botrytris through and through. Perfectly balanced, honey, lavender, slight baking spice. Beautiful honey color, coats the mouth. Have it with some blueberry cobbler tonight or lay it down for 15 years. This will only get better.

December 4, 2021 - OLD Birthday Wines (a few days belated) (Chez S1): Even though this bottle is sufficiently sweet, and with enough acid to take on a sweet carrot cake, this baby needs lots of time to show its stuff. There are layers of honeyed nectarine and apricot, with beeswax and minerally freshness.
