August 9, 2023 - Medium gold colour. Pronounced and developing nose with yellow apples, peach, apricot, honey, butter and wet stone. Pronounced taste of yellow apples, peach, honey, butter, white peach, hazelnut and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chablis Premier Cru that is matured, but a lot fresher than the 2005 Vintage. Needed half an hour of air to open. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

June 28, 2023 - Light gold color. Drank 2 glasses over 2 hours. Oyster shell nose, lemon, deeper citrus peel and ocean brine. Thepalate is brisk. I'm struck by the waves of salinity and ocean waves washing over the palate, lemon, tart, lemon oil, brisk acid, grapfruit. This is intense and vigorous on the palate, maybe almost too much so. Much better than a previous bottle.
