August 30, 2023 - PnP. Consistent with notes from 2021. Cherry and berry, some tobacco, earth, and herbs. Still some dusty tannins in the finish, but this seems like it's fully mature. (It was clear from the start that this wasn't meant for the long haul). If I had more, I'd likely drink it up over the next 1-2 years. But still a very nice wine for the money.

October 24, 2021 - Consistent with previous note. Still has the great cherry and berry fruit. Good value, easy drinking. Perfect for Sunday night pizza. Has a finesse and elegance I don't get from similar priced Chiantis.

September 15, 2021 - Lovely cherry and berry notes, herbs. Medium acid, some moderate tannins. Easy drinking and really nice right now. I don't drink a lot of sangiovese but this makes me think that maybe I should. Solid for the price, worth a rebuy

August 12, 2021 - 30+ minute decant. Delightful red fruits (much better after additional 7 months of aging) and just the right balance of acidity make this excellent Chianti just right for weekday pasta!
