March 7, 2021 - Dujac tasting with Jeremy & Diana (Zoom): 05/14/16 -- mystery vintage with served along side the younger two bottles. Noticeably more mature and earthy than the 14 and 16 with some butterscotch flavor emerging. Still plenty of freshness though its now on the back nine.

March 7, 2021 - Dujac Tasting with Jeremy and Diana (Chicago, IL and Nuits-Saint-Georges, France): Served blind as to vintage. Clearly a riper or older one, based on the colour alone. My least favourite of the Monts-Luisants flight; this showed a pronounced butterscotchy ripeness that the younger wines didn't have. The site does provide plenty of acidity that helps balance the bigger stature of this wine, but overall, it lacked the energy of the 2014 and 2016. Drink up.

February 18, 2016 - Really enjoyed PETERNELSON's review below. Descriptors were spot on. Delicious bottle, excellent acidity, fresh vibrant flavors with plenty of life. Saltwater taffy, oysters, flavors of the sea, freshly cracked minerals and chalk, melon rind, a touch of game and cheese, light and clean on the palate. What a value @ $75, I'll be looking for more bottles.
