  July 2, 2022 - 淡柠檬色，鼻子才凑近就已经感受到花香四溢，还有新鲜的百香果和青草气息，入口酸度高，酒液咸，收口微甜，百香果混合着青草味，一些饼干气息，后段是植物的辛辣和微苦，余味继续延续了华丽的香气质感，在味甜中收尾，口鼻都得到了舒适的满足。明亮的口感，漂亮的结构感和集中度，新旧世界融合风，足够让人惊艳。

  March 14, 2022 - I received this bottle as a gift so I cannot attest whether Burlotto Bonanza pricing applies.... A lovely Sauvignon--nose of green apple, lemon, a bit of grass, and some white flowers. The palate echoes, with bright acidity. Not really getting any off-putting mercaptans (no cat pee...). Almost a hybrid of NZ and Sancerre? An easy-to-enjoy crisp white wine -- but nothing profound. This is a lovely, but simple, wine and I hope it remains priced accordingly. I should have waited a bit and opened this on a lovely day oceanside.

  March 1, 2022 - Ok. Nice wine. Has the SB structure, some minerals and acidity, however i would go for Sancerre next time again.

  December 15, 2021 - Consumed this over three nights - the nose on this is incredibly aromatic and became more fragrant each day. I am not generally a lover of Sauv Blanc - but grabbed this from the shelf as we seem to love all things Burlotto - this was no exception. I find Burlotto's wine to have superior aromatics and often just want to linger with the glass to enjoy that aspect. Well balanced, citrus notes, some grassiness and minerals - quite delightful.

  October 17, 2021 - Medium lemon color. Lots of citrus on the nose with some lemon and grapefruit coming through along with some slightly perfumed floral notes. Similar flavors on the palate with a juicy, citrusy finish. Medium+ acid, medium body. Not too sharp around the edges so it drinks smooth. Very nice wine. Would rebuy.
