December 25, 2022 - Dark red with purple hue. Dense ripe dark plum, jammy, spices and mild black pepper. Round and rich, full body, very well made, flawless in this kind.

February 2, 2022 - Intense dark fruits, black pepper, spices, tobacco and chocolate, salty savoury and mineral notes, rich and dense, full bodied, medium grained tannins, a classic South Australia Shiraz, with solid weight and length. A super BBQ wine, a little alcohol warm in finish.

March 19, 2021 - Deep, dark purple/red colour. Clean earthy spicy shiraz nose. Full bodied with a nice mouthfeel. A long fruit driven with dry tannin finish but with some harshness or bitterness at the end. Not complex or elegant but a good big red. Better after decanter and better with food - spaghetti bolognese.
